Here’s how to train all three—simply:

Body → Move every day. Doesn’t need to be intense. Walk, squat, stretch, repeat.

Breath → Practice 5 minutes of deep breathing daily. Start with box breathing (4-4-4-4).

Brain → Journal, reflect, or unplug from digital input. Give your brain space to process.
